Melisa Waving

Stressed out beyond belief…

Closed off and alone…

Creativity drained out of life…

Longing for adventure, but afraid to do anything about it…

Does this sound like you?

I’m Coach Mel and I know what it’s like to be stuck in “neutral” or “reverse” rather than “drive” on the proverbial road of life. I’ve worked at a job that took up so much time and energy I didn’t have time to figure out what I love to do, let alone do it. I’ve longed for creativity, joy, and confidence but didn’t know how to achieve them while meeting deadlines and seemingly endless responsibilities. What changed?

Life coaching busted me out of my box by opening my mind to new possibilities – and it can work for you too!

Think of it as personal training for your mind (as my teacher Martha Beck likes to equate it).

It takes effort, yes, and it isn’t necessarily easy. But the rewards are worth it: confidence, a clear purpose, renewed creativity, and the mischievous go-getting attitude you need to enjoy rather than just work your life.

As a Martha Beck-certified life coach, I’m here to guide, challenge, and support you on the road to becoming the best and happiest YOU that you can be.

Coach Mel’s Mischievous Way is a creative technique to help you step outside of your comfort zone and do the things that you have always been afraid to do so that you feel playful, happy and energized while bringing more meaning and purpose to your everyday life.

Here’s what you can do to bring more peace and joy to your life NOW:

I look forward to meeting you and helping you Fly High and Free!

Coach Mel

Coach Mel has been amazing to work with. She helps me get to the core issue quickly so we can work on my thoughts and fears without wasting too much time. Her skill set is vast and she always seems to find the right thing to implement with me that helps me reach solutions. I find her to be a gifted coach and I highly recommend her.

Before I started working with Melisa, I was feeling stuck both professionally and personally. I think the big issue was that the tasks I needed to do…updating my resume and portfolio, getting over some confidence issues at work and planning my wedding…felt so overwhelming. Melisa helped me break everything down into small steps that I could tackle each week. Not only did this reduce my stress and worry about the process, it helped me get started which was the biggest challenge. I have used her method several times since, for all kinds of obstacles.

It was helpful to get some extra support from someone who wasn’t too invested in my event, but rather…invested in my well-being.
